Eligibility Guidelines
In order to qualify for services of any kind, all clients must have an income that falls below the 130% Federal Income Guidelines and must currently reside in Laurel County.
Clients must provide proof of income, proof of residency, a picture I.D., and food stamp documentation or Social Security card for all family members.
